KELOWNA Wineries
Wine has been made in BC for over 140 years. In 1859, Father Charles Pandosy arrived with his group of Oblates of Mary Immaculate missionaries and planted the first grapes in South Okanagan. The original intent of making wine was centered on the production of sacramental wine for Catholic missionaries.
