Armstrong IPE and Rodeo

After sitting idle for two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Armstrong Fairgrounds are readying for an influx of fairgoers.

Now, those hoping to take in the sights, sounds and smells of the 121st Interior Provincial Exhibition can pick up their tickets well in advance.

"The Fair is BAAA-CK," organizers stated in a news release.

"Thanks to all our guests that come to the IPE each year. We can't thank you enough for sharing our passion.

"It's been a long two years and we are excited to see everyone again Aug. 31 to Sept. 4."

Tickets for both the fair and the rodeo are available atwww.armstrongipe.com.

Presale tickets are available until midnight, Aug. 30. Presale ride bracelets are $40 while presale family gate passes are available for $45.

Four nights of rodeo action begin Wednesday, Aug. 31, leading up to the CPRA finals Saturday Sept. 3.

New this year, the Canadian Professional Bull Riders will get the rodeo ring all to themselves Sunday evening.

The top bull riders in the world and the top bulls in the industry will compete in more than two hours of intense action.
