Introduce youngsters to fishing! Sundays in May and part of June, children can try their luck at catching fish. The pond at the Hall Road entrance to Mission Creek and Shannon Lake will be stocked with trout and staff will be on hand to help teach new fishers. No fishing license is required for BC children 15 years old and under.
Location: Mission Creek Regional Park (Hall Road entrance) & Shannon Lake Regional Park
Dates: Weekends from May 6 until June 18, 2023
