Okanagan Valley Throwdown 2017

The Okanagen Valley Throwdown, fueled by MUSCLE MILK® is the original Throwdown Series event. It is presented by Hoodoo Adventure Company and Evolution Athletics. 2017 will be its fourth year and it will once again take place at Penticton’s 5,000 seat indoor arena, the South Okanagan Events Centre.
The CrossFit-style event involves athletes competing across several different team and individual divisions in a two day competition. Also included at the event are various food vendors and a broad range of fitness-minded companies from across Canada and the Okanagan.
