Rattlesnake Island swim
The Across the Lake Swim Rattlesnake Island is Canada's destination swim in beautiful, historic Peachland, BC. There are two distances: a 3.1km point to point swim from Rattlesnake Island to Swim Bay, and a 7km out, around the island and back swim.
The 7km distance starts at Swim Bay in Peachland, BC, goes around historic Rattlesnake Island, then ends back at Swim Bay. For the 3.1km swimmers, we ferry you to Rattlesnake Island, then you swim back to Swim Bay.
Your registration includes a FREE Fresh Air Open Water Swim Clinic that takes place in Peachland. You'll get to swim from Swim Bay and practice sighting. Also included is our award winning beach towel, a souvenir swim cap, a numbered event cap, a gear bag filled with swag, insurance and a pancake breakfast!
