Winter Carnvial Blues Festival

This year’s festival is jam packed with homegrown talent. The second to none line-up includes a fairly new collection of seasoned and talented musicians from the Golden area going by the name “Smokin’ Ray and the Detector’s”, the sultry Jazz/Blues vocals of Kath Raeber with her band “Kath and the Tom Kats” from out Lavington way, the ever popular Kelowna blues man “Sherman “the Tank” Doucette and his tank full of Blues” and the power house vocals of Vernon’s “Cat Wells” with her Kelowna/Vernon based “Voodoo Daddies”.

Come dressed in your Canadian best and join us on the largest dance floor in Vernon, at the Vernon Rec. Center Auditorium. Tickets for the Festival are $30.00 and are one of the hottest selling tickets at the Carnival office. The doors open at 7pm so you can arrive early, grab a table and enjoy some dinner with one of our 3 food vendors, or browse the indoor mini marketplace. At 7:30pm, the lights go down and curtain comes up with the entertainment going until roughly 11:30pm.
