YMCA Healthy Kids Day

Join us in celebrating YMCA Healthy Kids Day, a national day dedicated to improving the health and well-being of kids. A FREE event for everyone in the community, participating YMCAs will be open to the public with fun and healthy activities for the entire family.

Year-round the YMCA advocates for and supports the development of happy and healthy children, but we highlight and engage families around the issue on this day.
