Join our local RASC group outside the Okanagan Science Centre on Sunday April 14 from 1:00 to 2:30 PM where we will observe our star - the Sun! Since this event will be during the daytime, there will be an opportunity to safely view our nearest star, the Sun and its sunspots through modern telescopes with solar filters and talk to our volunteers about astronomy. Of course, this event will be subject to the weather and to clear skies!

*This workshop is free to attend, but pre-registration is appreciated. If participants or family members are visiting the exhibits at the Okanagan Science Centre then regular admission rates apply. Parents/Caregivers must remain with children during the workshop.
